Students Shine in Karate at Nerul, Navi Mumbai

Students from Sai Sports Academy Nerul proved their martial art skills at karate colours belt examination held by Sai Sports Martial Arts Association at S. S. High  School  & Jr. College,Nerul on the March 1.
Colour belt Distribution karate Program took place on the March 8.  70 students took part in the Karate belt exam the successful were conferred were Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Purple, Brow belts, Black Belt as per their ranks.
The chief guests on this occasion was Sanjay  Kangane, Inspector, State Excise Mumbai Suburban. Shihan Virendra Agarwal president & Examiner, ISKO. Danish Aga, Co-founder Sky Education, Vasant Dhoble, PSI, Mumbai, Security & e-security Consultant /Head of Security and  vigilence.  Jasmine Sameer Bagban. 
This program was enhanced by the demonstration of Silambam Stick Rolling, Stick fight and Karate performed by the students of Sai Sports academy.  The Students were taught and trained by Sai Sports Martial Arts Association President and Chief Examiner Sensai Manisha Patne and Secretary Sensai Amar Patne.

Womens self-defense workshop held in Nerul, Navi Mumbai

On the occasion of world women’s day march 8,  Free self-defense training workshop for the women’s protect self was organized by the Sai Sports Martial Arts Association Nerul, event took place at S S High School Seawoods.In the workshop 60 women’s participate, they learn physical tactics to protect yourself, build confidence , improve awareness, basic key defense, body strikes, assess and avoid dangerous situation, powerful self-defense move teach by the Sai Sports Martial Arts Association  President and Chief Examiner Sensai Manisha Patne and Secretary Sensai Amar Patne.

‘Ratnagiri District Limited Overarm Open Cricket Tournament 2020’

Kokan Vikas Mandal, Koprigaon, Vashi, organised ‘Ratnagiri District Limited Overarm Open Cricket Tournament 2020’ at Gaon Devi Maidan in Koprigaon on March 1. Shravan Sports Team of Songaon near Khed in Ratnagiri District clinched the cup by trouncing Mahi 11 of Chiplun by 30 runs. Mosha of Shravan Sports Team was declared the ‘Man of the Series’. The prizes were distributed by ex-corporator (Ward No. 56) Manda Devidas Bhoir and youth leader Yogesh Bhoir. This is the third consecutive year that the Cricket tournament is being hosted by Kokan Vikas Mandal.

Convocation Ceremony & Prize Distribution of F G Naik College, Koperkhairane

Convocation and prize distribution ceremony of Shramik Shikshan Mandal F G Naik College was held on the March 2. MLA Ganesh Naik distributed the degree and the prize to the graduate students.

Free health checkup camp at Kalamboli , Navi Mumbai

Sankalp Samajik Sansthan, Shree SiddhiVinayak Apartment Owners Association, Ashirwad Navtarun Mitra Mandal jointly organized a free blood donation camp and free health checkup camp on March 5 at Kalombaoli. This special camp took place to mark the birthday of Social-Worker Ajit Jadhav. The camp was conducted successful help with the Terna medical college, Nerul doctor’s team Terna blood bank.

The camp was inaugurated by Panvel City Municipal Corporation opposition leader Pritam Mhatre. 110pepoles took the benefits of this camp, during the camp ECG checkup, eye checkup, blood- Sugar, blood-pressure activities took place for public.

The land owners meet participating in TPS-5 scheduled on 5th and 6th March 2020

CIDCO has scheduled land owners meet of TPS 5 of NAINA project admeasuring 242 ha from part of villages Bonshet, Moho, Bhokarpada, Devad, Shivkar,Vichumbe, on 5-6th March 2020 at CIDCOs NAINA office located at 7th floor, Tower no. 10, CBD Belapur Railway Station Commercial Complex. 

The first three town planning schemes of NAINA project received a massive positive response from the land owners and the development work of the first phase will be commenced soon. First time in the state of Maharashtra an entire sanctioned Interim Development Plan shall be implemented through 11 town planning schemes without resorting to land acquisition.

To prevent any haphazard development around the proposed Navi Mumbai International Airport, CIDCO has planned to develop a city based on sustainable development comprising residential, commercial, industrial, educational, etc. facilities; over an area of 373 sq km covering 175 villages from Raigad district. This project will be implemented through town planning schemes and interim developmental plans of 23 villages which was sanctioned on April 2017. As per this scheme every land owner under this scheme shall get 40% of original land as serviced plot with FSI 2.5 with all infrastructures to be developed by CIDCO.

CIDCO has organized land owners meeting of TPS 4 admeasuring comprising villages like Adai, Akurli, Newali, Shilotar, Raichur and Pali Devad during last week of February. A very positive response was seen during the three days event and about 310 odd landowners visited CIDCOs office at Belapur railway station complex. Landowners participating in the scheme largely have major concern about applicability of payment of contribution by the landowners (betterment charges) in spite of contributing 60% land to the project infrastructure. By recognizing their concern, CIDCO has assured the land owners that the management shall take all measures to reduce any financial burden on the participating landowners. 

CIDCO has already floated nine town planning schemes out of which first three scheme totaling 650 ha has received draft scheme sanction thus enabling all lands within the scheme under roads being transferred to CIDCO for development. Execution of roads within the first TPS has commenced and the contract for roads within the TPS 2 and TPS 3 shall also be awarded shortly as an integrated project. State Government has appointed an independent arbitrator for all the three schemes. Possession of final plots and handing over of property cards for the first scheme shall commence soon. Hearing of suggestion / objections from individual landowners included in the scheme by the arbitrator for second and third town planning schemes are in progress and shall be completed in time bound manner as prescribed in MR & TP Act 1966.

All land owners included in the scheme have been sent notices through post, schedule published in newspapers and list uploaded on CIDCO web portal.  Landowners not having received copy of the notice can also visit the office of CIDCO and verify the draft proposals and status of their original land post reconstitution. 

Owners meet for the draft proposals under TPS 6 and 7 shall be held tentatively in the month of April 2020. CIDCO Board has approved the proposal to launch TPS 10 and TPS 11, the last two schemes of sanctioned Interim Development Plan of 23 villages in the current month. With the culmination of eleven schemes first time in the state of Maharashtra, an entire sanctioned Development Plan shall be implemented through Town Planning scheme without resorting to land acquisition Act with active support of the participating landowners.

नवी मुंबईतील प्रकल्पग्रस्तांना दिलासा, गरजेपोटी बांधलेली घरे नियमित करण्याचे प्रयत्न : मंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे

नवी मुंबईतील प्रकल्पग्रस्तांनी गरजेपोटी बांधलेली घरे नियमित व्हावी आणि भूमिपूत्रांना त्यांचा हक्क मिळावा याची पूर्ण काळजी घेण्यात येईल अशी ग्वाही नगर विकास मंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी आज येथे दिली. त्यासाठीच्या तांत्रिक पूर्ततेसाठी या बांधकामांचे सर्वेक्षण करण्याची कार्यवाही सूरु करण्यात करण्यात आल्याची माहितीही त्यांनी विधानसभेत प्रश्नोत्तराच्या तासात दिली.

नवी मुंबईतील प्रकल्पग्रस्तांवर कोणताही अन्याय होऊ नये अशीच आमच्या सरकारची भुमिका असल्याचे एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी स्पष्ट केले.  या संदर्भात शरद पवार यांच्या उपस्थितीत नुकतीच एक बैठक घेण्यात आल्याचे सांगून ते म्हणाले,  प्रकल्पग्रस्तांच्या संघटना आणि शासनाचे संबंधित विभाग हे या बैठकीत सहभागी झाले होते.  यात प्रकल्पग्रस्तांच्या समस्यांवर गंभीरपणे चर्चा झाली. त्यातून पुढे आलेल्या समस्यांवर योग्य तो मार्ग शोधण्यासाठी साधकबाधक चर्चाही झाली. या बैठकीत देखील सर्वेक्षणाला विरोध झाला होता. मात्र प्रकल्पग्रस्तांनी उपस्थित केलेल्या शंकांचे समाधान झाल्यानंतर सर्वेक्षण करु देण्यास त्यानी मान्यता दिली होती. या सर्वेक्षणाची कार्यवाही सुरू असल्याचेही त्यांनी सांगितले.

या परिसराच्या विकासासाठी, समूह विकासाच्या पर्यायाचा देखील विचार करण्यात आला. सिडकोकडून त्यासाठी योजनाही तयार करण्यात आली आहे.  त्याला सर्व स्तरातून पाठिंबा मिळाल्यास ती राबवण्याबाबत विचार करता येईल. मात्र, कोणतीही योजना राबवण्याचा निर्णय घेतला तरी त्यात  प्रकल्पग्रस्तांचे हित कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत जपले जाईल, अशी निःसंदिग्ध ग्वाही श्री. शिंदे यांनी दिली.
